You really can’t go past these little stunners. These buttons are from the 1960’s, so that makes them vintage Chanel. They were originally sewn onto the fake pocket flaps of a short, tweed dress. Imagine something Twiggy would have worn, but with a lot more class. How great to be wearing earrings that came from that era and also, from such a great sounding dress!
Well, you now can. These earrings are also perfect if most of your jewellery is yellow gold, because these buttons are metal, with a really lovely gold plated finish. The setting has been hand crafted in solid sterling silver, but it really isn’t the stand out metal colour. The gold is what tends to draw your eye in.
These have fixed shepherd hooks, so they do dangle from the earlobe, but they don’t swing around. They’re lightweight and very comfortable to wear.
